We want your Sleep Tight order to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping on All US Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not order placement.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or by logging into your account at sleeptightstore.com.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply for AK/HI). We are working on expanding international shipping — please sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional processing time for military addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved, email us at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and assist.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
