If you're not completely happy with your Sleep Tight sheets, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Sleep Tight sheets. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition (unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached)
  • In the original packaging

Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items purchased as part of a final-sale promotion

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (for US orders).
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  4. Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
