Changed your mind? Here's how order cancellations work.

Cancel Within 12 Hours

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship — just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Our Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we'll do our best to accommodate you as long as the order hasn't already shipped.

Before Your Order Ships

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships, with no cancellation fee. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

After Your Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already left our warehouse, you're welcome to return it once delivered under our Return Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. Confirmation: Our team will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled, usually within a few hours.
  3. Refund Processed: If eligible, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need to change a size, color, or shipping address instead of cancelling? Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually update an order before it ships.
