At Sleep Tight, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Sleep Tight Zipper Fitted Sheets within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. We want you to sleep soundly, and that starts with confidence in your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original or reasonably used condition. We do not require items to be unused — we understand you need to try the product to evaluate it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).
- Pack your items securely and drop off at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipment. Please email us immediately at sleeptightfeedback@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You will need to initiate a return upon delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders cancelled after shipment (must follow return process above)
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior written approval from our team
